A mild night encouraged me to put the moth trap out in my garden at Howick. Some early ( or late?) risers here with the latest
county records of Green Carpet , by a month, and Rosy Rustic by two weeks!

Excellent photos Stuart. Good catch - this time of year can be very hit or miss at this time of year.

ReplyDeleteGeorge - Cheers, yes from now the trap only goes on if its particularly mild, even then numbers are usually very low. Make hay when the sunshines eh!
ReplyDeleteRichard - In my list there is nothing unusual, all are regular species that are found in most areas at this time. You should have a go where you live, you would do really well.
